**Job Summary**:
The Gift Packing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the gift packaging operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role involves managing a team, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer expectations and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Supervision & Team Management**:

- Working as a gift packers and taking care of all the logistic part.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance on proper packaging techniques.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and hygiene standards.

**2. Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all gift packages meet company quality and presentation standards.
- Conduct final inspections before dispatching orders.
- Address and resolve any packaging defects or customer complaints.

**3. Inventory & Materials Management**:

- Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and request replenishments as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of wrapping materials and accessories.
- Work with procurement teams to source quality packaging supplies.

**4. Coordination & Communication**:

- Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to meet order deadlines.
- Communicate packaging requirements and updates to team members.
- Maintain records of packaged orders and track workflow efficiency.

**5. Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in packaging processes.
- Implement best practices to enhance speed and quality.
- Suggest innovative ideas for better gift presentation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a packaging, logistics, or production supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in gift packaging or retail gift services.
- Familiarity with different wrapping materials and techniques.
- Graduate in any stream.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,660.50 - ₹20,000.00 per month
