We are seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team in a dual role that includes packaging and delivery responsibilities, as well as general office support tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare items for shipping by securely packaging them and ensuring compliance with shipping requirements.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and storing items appropriately.
- Maintain inventory of packaging materials and office supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely shipments.
- Deliver packages to customers or designated locations, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain shipping records, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
- Assist in general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and distributing mail.
- Set up meeting rooms and prepare refreshments as needed.
- Keep office areas clean and organized, including monitoring pantry and office supply levels.
- Run errands outside the office, such as banking or purchasing supplies.
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for managing shipping documentation and office tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages.
- Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities within a dynamic work environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
