**Your Role**:
- Manage and oversee all accounting, costing and FP&A operations related to the plant's financial functions.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing guidance and support to department heads.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve financial performance.
- Provide guidance and support during audits, managing audit processes efficiently.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Understanding of US GAAP Reporting
- Experience in reconciling between US GAAP and statutory IGAAP accounts
- Experience working with a large multi-national publicly registered company
**Your Background**:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 5+ years post qualification experience, preferably in similar role.
- Experience in a large setup team is added advantage.
- Should possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills
