Inside Sales Executive

**Job Brief**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales
**Roles & Responsibility**:
- Promoting our Brand on Social Media Platforms.
- Executing B2B marketing plans on social platforms.
- Researching social media trends and implementing growth marketing initiatives on digital platforms.
- Driving the sales performance of all the e-commerce platforms.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
- Sound knowledge of Tendering or Bidding processes on Tendering portals like GEM portal, L&T etc.
- Participate in other Business Development and Operational activities of the company.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Should have 1 - 5 years of Experience in related industry or any.
- Elementary communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and skill to interact with customers in verbal communication.
- Good sales ability.
- Handholding in MS Office.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Basic knowledge of social media.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
