**THE ROLE**:

- **Cold Calling**:

- Engage potential clients across the UK via outbound calls to generate interest and set appointments for the client’s services.
- **LinkedIn Outreach**:
Identify, connect, and communicate with prospects through personalized LinkedIn messaging campaigns.
- **Lead Management**:
Organize and follow up on leads within **Pipedrive CRM**, ensuring timely updates and reporting on engagement progress.
- **Market Understanding**:
Stay informed about property maintenance trends and the competitive landscape to tailor messaging accordingly.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **inside sales** or **lead generation** (preferably in the UK market).
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Ability to write professional, engaging messages tailored to different audiences.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- UK shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
