Sales Coordinator

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage sales-related documentation, order entries, and dispatch coordination to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Update and maintain client records and activities in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling client meetings, preparing quotations, and follow-up communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments like finance, logistics, and inventory to streamline invoicing, product availability, and delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on order status, client feedback, and sales performance metrics.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degrees in business administration or Graduation in any degree.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales support or administrative coordination, preferably in the diamond or luxury goods sector.
- Preferred Industry: Experience in Diamond Industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
