**Key Responsibilities**:
Crafting Compelling Copy for Facebook Ads.

Driving Lead Generation and Sales via Facebook Ads.

Collaborating with Marketing Teammates to Maintain a Cohesive Brand Voice Across Paid Campaigns.

Conducting A/B Testing to Identify Optimal Ad Variations.

Continuous Monitoring of Campaign Performance and Ongoing Ad Improvement.

Reporting on the Results of Facebook Campaigns.

Overseeing the Strategy and Implementation of All Paid Campaigns.

Measuring and Optimizing Paid Marketing via Platform-Specific Dashboards, Google Analytics, and Marketing Analytics Reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Various Paid Marketing Channels and Technologies, Including Google AdWords, Retargeting, and Social Network Advertising.
- Some Experience in Managing Marketing Budgets and Forecasting/Reporting on Results.
- Strong Written Communication Skills.
- Meticulous and Highly Organized.
- Passion for Continuous Learning and Skill Development.
- Positive Engagement within the SEO/PPC Community.
- Staying Abreast of the Latest Trends and Developments in SEO/PPC Technology.
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, Microsoft Ad Center, Google Analytics, and Webmaster Tools.We are looking for a talented Facebook and Google Advertising Specialist to join the team.
