We are seeking a creative and innovative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging content for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand the brand's voice, tone, and objectives, and create content that aligns with these goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create visually appealing and compelling content such as images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and memes that resonate with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets that enhance the overall aesthetic of social media posts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content using analytics tools, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and reach.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content is published in a timely manner across all social media channels.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep content innovative and engaging.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Sprout Social.
- Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
