Pre-primary Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning**: Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with the needs and interests of young learners, focusing on areas such as language development, early literacy, numeracy, creative arts, and social-emotional skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior, cooperation, and active engagement in learning activities.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Facilitate interactive and hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration, discovery, and critical thinking, using a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide personalized attention and support to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of each child, including those with special needs or English language learners, adapting instruction and activities as necessary.
- **Assessment and Progress Monitoring**: Use a variety of assessment tools and techniques to monitor student progress, identify areas for growth, and provide feedback to students and parents on their achievements and areas for improvement.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open and collaborative communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress, sharing resources and strategies for supporting learning at home, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- **Classroom Environment**: Design and organize the classroom space to facilitate learning and exploration, incorporating age-appropriate materials, resources, and learning centers that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and imagination.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills, stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the pre-primary program.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Early Childhood Teacher certification or licensure as required by state or local regulations.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting, preferably as a lead teacher or assistant teacher.
- Strong understanding of child development principles, early learning standards, and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young children, build positive relationships, and engage parents as partners in their child's education.
- Creativity, flexibility, and patience to adapt instruction and activities to meet the individual needs and interests of each child.
- Knowledge of early literacy and numeracy concepts, as well as hands-on experience with early childhood curriculum frameworks and assessment tools.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of all children.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
