We are hiring for International Call Center in Navi Mumbai.

WORK from HOME

Qualification: HSC / Graduate / Any Graduate

Freshers are welcome

Excellent Communication skills

Any International voice experience will be preferred.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Fixed Night Shift: 8 PM - 5 AM

Week Off: Saturday - Sunday fixed off

**Salary**: ₹16,086.00 - ₹30,696.04 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

- Navi Mumbai, Thane - 400708, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
