**Teaching & Learning**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Integrate technology, creativity, and inquiry-based learning into daily lessons.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learners, including students with special educational needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and maintaining records.

**Classroom Management**:

- Establish a warm, structured, and respectful classroom environment.
- Promote positive behavior and implement age-appropriate behavior management strategies.
- Foster a classroom culture of kindness, empathy, and responsibility.

**Pastoral Care**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for students’ social and emotional well-being.
- Encourage self-confidence, independence, and interpersonal skills.
- Identify and address individual student needs with the support of the school counselor or learning support team.

**Communication & Collaboration**:

- Maintain regular and open communication with parents through meetings, newsletters, and digital platforms.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain up-to-date attendance, grades, and student records.
- Contribute to school reports, student portfolios, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Participate in planning and organizing field trips and school celebrations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
