**Working Days**: 5 Days WFO

**The primary responsibility would be managing and resolving billing disputes and fraudulent activity for Debit Cards and Credit Cards.**

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years related work experience in bank operations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines and production goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner
- Proficient with computers including Microsoft Word and Excel

**Responsibilities**
- Manage billing disputes and fraudulent activity within the allotted timeframe.
- Request, examine, and analyze banks transmittal records and/or supporting documentation to determine chargeback eligibility
- Ensures quality standards and time constraints are met to prevent monetary losses
- Communicates with branches, customers, merchants and law enforcement for dispute resolution
- Maintain departmental procedures for assigned job functions
- Manages Incoming and Outgoing chargeback documentation to/from Associations.
- Ensures accurate fraud reporting for fraudulent activity
- Initiate general ledger entries and monitor activity related to charge backs, Exception items, etc.
- Review daily reports and research transaction activity.
- Process the transaction research and resolution for Exception and Good Faith Items
- Notifies management of important developments (fraud trends) and potential problems (fraud detection/prevention)
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor

Credit card is a highly aspirational product but restricted only to the affluent Indians, residing in metro cities, working with top MNCs, having a CIBIL score of 750+. Anybody who does not satisfy even one of these criterions gets rejected, leading to anger and disappointment. We are disrupting this market by giving an assured credit card to this rejected and underserved population
