Figma Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and testing insights.
- Maintain and update design systems and style guides.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in UI/UX design.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design with expertise in Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to create responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision is a plus.
