**Full Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with **product managers, developers, and stakeholders** to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups** that clearly illustrate functionality and design intent.
- Conduct **user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions** to improve design effectiveness.
- Maintain and evolve **design systems, component libraries, and style guides** to ensure brand consistency.
- Work hand-in-hand with the **development team** to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and clear implementation guidelines.
- Stay updated with the **latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices** to continuously enhance user experience.
- Ensure all designs are **optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability** across different devices and platforms.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer**, **Product Designer**, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in **Figma**, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
- Solid understanding of **UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design**.
- Experience designing for **both web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)**.
- Familiarity with **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)** or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of **design systems, atomic design methodology, and responsive design**.
- Experience working with **developers and understanding front-end technologies** (HTML, CSS, React component structure) for design handoff.
- Strong **attention to detail**, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience designing for **SaaS platforms or enterprise-level products**.
- Understanding of **user research methodologies**, **A/B testing**, and **data-driven design decisions**.
- Familiarity with **prototyping tools** like **Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle**.
- Knowledge of **UX writing** and **information architecture (IA)** principles.
- Ability to create **interactive prototypes** and **motion design animations** for enhanced user experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
