We are expanding and looking out for US IT Recruiters with 1-4 years' experience in Recruitments of US IT personnel. Our off-shore location is at **Gachibowli-Miyapur Road, Gachibowli Hyderabad, India**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle processing
- Using portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, GitHub, Craigslist, etc
- Document verification of the applicants
- Knowledge by learning of various IT and Software Development skills

**Key Skills**
Staffing, Recruiting, Human Resources, IT Experience, Interviewing, Software Development, Communications, MS Office Skills

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
**IT or Computer Sci. Grads/PG, or BCA or MCA or MBA IT only**
- Must have 1-4 years' experience in US IT staffing services
- Portal usage, Skills Search and Interviewing skills
- Probing for technical qualifications
- Visa/Work Authorization documents knowledge and verifications
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment processes
- IT or SW related qualification is desirable
- HRM or HRD experience is desirable
- Fluent English language and excellent communication skills are a must
