JOB TITLE: BILLING &COLLECTION EXECUTIVE - MUMBAI Overall Mission: Responsible for the company's India Invoicing & Collection Executive. Main Contribution - Working closely for end-to-end order to Invoicing activities and Credit Control - To complete pricing of the delivered shipments and sending prepare draft invoices for further checking - To Prepare accurate and timely draft invoices, final invoices, credit notes and collate back up - documentation consistent with agreed contractual/client expectations. - To ensure timely collection of payments with effective dispute management and query resolution; to meet the customers physically, communicate in polite manner without spoiling the relationship at the same time facilitating recovery of dues; person who has good communication skills & ability to talk to customers in local language & English - To liaise with Sales managers(s), Operations managers, accounting team for accurate invoicing - To ensure finance information in relation to pricing and invoicing is being effectively exchanged and processed - To negotiate with clients in non-payment / write off cases and ensure regular payment follow ups - To Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits - To Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law - To support Accounts Receivable team on a daily basis and train new team members - Follow the Sox norms for billing and collection procedures & to provide details for annual and monthly audit. - New account set up in CAPS on approval from Credit Control Manager Profile (experience/ education) Graduate in any stream with more than 5-10 years and above experience in Credit control. Language : English, Hindi or any other regional language will be added advantage. Specific Experience & Knowledge Required - Excel (advanced skills). - Operational & Geographical Knowledge. - Invoicing Knowledge - MIS Report Interpersonal skills ("Essential") - Ability to lead a team.
