Our client a rapidly growing Courier Company specializing in Shree Express and throughout the Middle East seeks experienced Sales Executives to join their dynamic sales team.

The main objective of this role is to maintain and build an existing customer base and ensure customer requirements are meet.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Plan monthly cycle to visit existing and prospective customers
- Understand your customers requirements and ensure they are met
- Build strong & strategic relationships with existing & prospective customers
- Meet & exceed monthly budgeted target
- Develop and generate sales from existing base towards monthly target
- Interact with customers positively to resolve and customer complaints

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience within a similar field sales role (preferably from courier/freight industry)
- Educated to college level
- Experience selling at a high level
- Proven sales results
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures through air & train
- Knowledge of field work in courier company
- Hindi, English, both written & spoken
- Drivers licence mandatory
- Must have own bike
- Well presented clean tidy attire

**KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Keeping good rapport with courier partners and difficulties / problems in courier network.
- Communication with all the agencies which are related to company’s Online department.
- Back linking for Marketing head and getting content like blogs etc. for the same from respective team members.
- Handling of overseas orders:

- Communicate with customer regarding product price and shipping
- Complete document part
- Dispatch and Track order
- This is start up like environment to closely work with other team members and handle any other responsibility as and when needed.
