Job Position - E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize online sales performance across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth order processing, product listing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketplace Management:

- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and initiate restocking or stock adjustments as needed.
- Order Processing & Management:

- Manage daily ecommerce orders across multiple online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), including processing, packing, and dispatch coordination.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment, tracking updates, and communication with logistics partners to resolve any shipping issues.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

- Analyze ecommerce sales trends and prepare reports on sales performance, customer insights, and product performance.
- Provide regular updates on ecommerce metrics like traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.
- Assist in creating sales forecasts based on current performance and market trends.
- Collaboration:

- Coordinate with the internal marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations across ecommerce platforms.
- Cordinate with responsible team for uploading new products, ensuring accuracy in product details, and executing promotional campaigns.
- Inventory & Pricing Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishments.
- Conduct regular price benchmarking against competitors to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
- Compliance & Platform Policies:

- Stay updated on the latest ecommerce marketplace policies, terms, and compliance regulations.
- Ensure adherence to the platform guidelines and avoid any policy violations that may affect listings.

**Requirements**:

- More than 1 Year of experience in Amazon, Flipkart Marketplaces.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ecommerce management software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
