**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Technology Leadership & Strategy**
- Define and implement the company’s technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
- Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement across all technology functions.

**2. Product Development & Innovation**
- Oversee product design, development, and delivery.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive automation, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives.

**3. Infrastructure & Security**
- Oversee IT systems architecture, network infrastructure, and data management.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all digital assets and information systems.
- Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks and compliance practices.

**4. Team & Leadership**
- Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing technology team with a focus on innovation and accountability.
- Foster collaboration between technology, operations, and business functions.
- Promote a culture of agility, ownership, and continuous learning.

**5. Governance & Partnerships**
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relations, and technology partnerships.
- Provide technical leadership in key business discussions and decision-making processes.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in progressive technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives and managing complex systems.
- Expertise in software architecture, product development, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, cybersecurity, and emerging tech trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
