Job description

Overall requirement:

- Have in depth understanding of ICH GCP, Indian GCP additional knowledge of US market and clinical research of products for international regulated markets will be an added bonus
- Must have completed atleast 5 successful clinical research projects in Ayurveda space
- M Pharm with atleast 5 years of work ex in CRO of repute

Key tasks responsible for:

- Selection of CROs
- Scout new CROs
- Develop existing CROs

Study design
- Develop project plan, including elements like Clinical Management plan with HODs as per respective study requirement
- Estimate the activity resources & durations for the activities responsible for developing the project schedules
- Prepare the design, implementation, tracking and maintenance of project plans for assigned projects to meet the timelines
- Budget negotiation

Study execution
- Prepare & review the protocol, CRF, ICF, IB and other clinical related documents
- Conduct the Investigator meeting
- Monitoring of the trial will require travel, understand audit process
- To coordinate with CROs and other department to meet the timelines
- Develop and maintain the spreadsheet to track the study progress, documentation,
- Hold the team meetings on regular basis to monitor the trial
- Prepare & Review the Clinical Study report
