As a Clinical Research Analyst specializing in Ayurveda at Nirvasa Pvt Ltd, you will be an essential part of our research initiatives focused on Ayurveda medicine. Your role will encompass various aspects of clinical research, including treatment suggestion and plans as per the disease condition, data collection on the existing and suggesting treatment plans, analysis, and reporting the same. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of evidence-based practices in Ayurveda.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Literature Review**: Stay updated on relevant research publications and incorporates findings into ongoing projects.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze clinical data and study results to draw meaningful conclusions and insights.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams; including doctors, researchers, and statisticians, to ensure the success of research projects.

**Report Writing**: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical research and treatment planning, with a focus on Ayurveda (Desirable)
- Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Familiarity with relevant research tools and software.
