Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to support the setup and operations of our upcoming Venture Capital Fund vertical.

This role will play a key part in establishing processes, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and managing tax and compliance requirements for venture capital fund structures.

Key Responsibilities:
Experienced person - Outside.
- Prospective Partnership exposure - (GP/LP/LLC) - 2-3 years of experience FATCA compliance Venture capital funds experience.

Communication Client and Internal Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for VC fund clients.
- Follow up with clients for data requests and coordinate with the internal Accounting and Bookkeeping team for preparation of fund financials.
- Coordinate with the internal Person-in-Charge, Managers, and assigned staff at various stages of the project.
- Communicate directly with fund entities and investors as needed, including managing and delivering K-1s.
- Coordinate with the internal Operations Team for administrative and compliance reporting.

Tax Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure timely preparation and filing of
- Applicable election statements for newly incorporated entities.
- Estimates, extensions, and final returns for all entities and individuals within the group.
- Maintain up-to-date and complete permanent documentation for all entities.
- Track and ensure timely completion of deliverables for both entity-level and individual-level tax compliance.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to FATCA compliance requirements across all deliverables.

Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement automation or process improvement opportunities in the Venture Capital vertical.
- Work closely with senior management to build scalable systems for the VC fund service line.

Key Requirements:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in tax compliance related to Partnership structures (GP/LP/LLC).
- Working knowledge of Venture Capital fund structures, investor communication, and tax deliverables (e.g., K-1s).
- Familiarity and experience with FATCA compliance and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal collaboration.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Proficiency in tracking, documenting, and reporting using internal tools and software systems.

Pay: ₹181,583.98 - ₹1,130,661.92 per year
