**Job Summary**:
As a **Sales Executive, **you will play a key role in identifying **new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth** within the **technology or IT sector.** You will work closely with the **marketing and sales teams** to convert leads into business, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology/IT sector through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and business development strategies.
- Conduct **presentations, demos, and negotiations** to secure new business deals.
- Work with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Manage the **sales pipeline**, **tracking leads **through various stages of the **sales process,** and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver **proposals, contracts, and reports** to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in **business development or sales**, preferably in the marketing or technology or IT sector.
- Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services, and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
