Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Answer customer questions about the menu, promotions, and special offers.
- Provide information on food items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Offer suggestions and upsell additional items to enhance the customer's order.

2. Order Processing:

- Accurately input customer orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure that all orders are correctly entered, modified, or cancelled as per the customer's request.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and digital payments securely and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers as needed.

3. Food Packaging and Presentation:

- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders.
- Verify that the food matches the order before packaging and serving it to customers.
- Ensure that the food presentation meets the outlet's quality standards.

4. Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:

- Keep the cashier area, dining area, and service counter clean and well-organized.
- Restock necessary items such as napkins, condiments, and takeaway containers as required.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the food outlet.

5. Handling Customer Concerns:

- Address customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Escalate any significant issues to the supervisor or manager if necessary.
- Strive to resolve customer problems to their satisfaction.

6. Compliance and Security:

- Comply with all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Follow cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in handling money.
- Be vigilant to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
