**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Use creative and innovative teaching methods to make learning engaging and effective.
- Incorporate storytelling, visual aids, and hands-on activities to explain concepts.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Handle the diverse needs of students and foster inclusivity.
- Monitor student behavior and implement strategies for effective classroom discipline.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and tests.
- Provide constructive feedback and support individual learning needs.
- Maintain detailed records of students’ academic performance.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Plan and prepare daily lesson plans in alignment with the school curriculum and guidelines.
- Adapt teaching content to suit the developmental stage of primary school students.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Regularly interact with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and areas of improvement.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to address concerns and collaborate on student development.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Encourage participation in extracurricular activities, such as arts, sports, and cultural events.
- Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, and educational trips.
- **Student Development**:

- Cultivate curiosity and a love for learning in young children.
- Teach basic moral values, etiquette, and social skills.
- Support emotional and social growth by addressing individual concerns.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Betul, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 2 years (preferred)
