Prt Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Learning**:

- Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to engage young learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Follow the prescribed syllabus and ensure timely completion of the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials.
- Incorporate audio-visual aids and technology into teaching.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and other assessment methods.
- Maintain detailed records of students’ academic performance and share feedback with parents.
- Identify learning difficulties and provide appropriate interventions or remedial teaching.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and enforce rules for classroom behavior to maintain discipline.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for students.
- Address and resolve behavioral issues sensitively.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss students’ progress and address concerns.
- Provide regular updates to parents about class activities and individual student performance.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities such as sports, arts, and cultural events.
- Encourage student participation and talent development in non-academic areas.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and school events as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
