Contact our existing customers and new customers in English speaking countries by telephone
- Customer requests and inquiries are recorded and forwarded to responsible colleagues
- Document the conversation in our database and maintain the addresses and contacts
- Follow the processes as per defined guidelines and ensure the data quality in CRM system.
- Prepare and submit reports at a regular interval

Coordinate with corporate marketing team to implement the initiatives and follow the HQ guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
