JD: Lead a team of manual func testers, test planning activities and status reporting

**Must haves**:
Strong knowledge in Manual testing and need to have knowledge on Test planning, test designing and defect management
- mentoring team members
- exp with financial systems, specifically ERP Finance experience preferred
- Financial experience preferred (AP/AR/etc. understand terminology, process if possible)
