**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure proper Implementation of handling of On-site Emergency Plan
- To ensure proper implementation of QHSE Policies and Initiatives in the Plant
- To ensure implementation of all Occupational Health Safety aspects as per the Integrated Management System
- To ensure that the firefighting systems are maintained in good working condition, and third party inspection is carried

out as per schedule
- To review and maintain HIRA, AIS for all existing processes and routine maintenance activities
- To complete analysis of Risks (Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis) and implement Risk Mitigation prior to

implementation of new processes and new activities as per MOC.
- To complete PSSR before commissioning of any Equipment or Location.
- To ensure the conduct of periodic health check
- up of all employees and ensuring medical emergencies are promptly

attended
- To ensure the observance of safety PPE in all areas of the Plant
- To ensure all maintenance activities are carried out with adherence to Safety Permit systems where applicable
