**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**MIS & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, client activities, and vendor performance.
- Use **Advanced Excel functions** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, IF statements, Power Query, etc.) for data analysis and automation of reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for client and booking information.
- Generate performance and financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies in coordination with concerned teams.

**Operations Support**:

- Assist the travel operations team in handling end-to-end processes including itinerary planning, vendor coordination, client communication, and issue resolution.
- Support ticketing, hotel reservations, visa processes, and other related travel services.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for confirmations and updates.
- Monitor and manage client queries, cancellations, re-bookings, and escalations.
- Ensure timely execution of operational tasks in line with company service standards.

**Key Skills Required**:

- **Advanced Excel expertise** (must-have)
- Experience in travel operations/ticketing domain (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a travel company or OTA
