We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Production Planning team. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in client communication, order management, and production coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Client Communication**:

- Maintain professional and effective communication to manage client relationships.

**2.** **Order Management**:

- Record client orders in Excel and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate order approval and verification processes.
- Monitor and track pending orders to ensure timely follow-up.

**3.** **Production Planning**:

- Create production plans once all required materials are procured.
- Collaborate with the QA and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in client handling or production planning is a plus.

This role requires a combination of multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork to ensure seamless production operations and client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
