**Position**:Shift Incharge - Machining Shop - Production
- **Experience**:6+ Years
- **Qualification**: Diploma/B.Tech

**Job Location**: Baddi - Himachal Pradesh

**Basic Functions**:

- Lean Practices for production
- Quality Root Cause analysis and CAPA
- Manpower Handling
- Communication Proficiency Safety,
- 5”S” Computer Savvy

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute the production schedule, providing supervision and direction to operators and supervisors.
- Allocate resources to ensure minimum downtime and completion of scheduled activities.
- Ensure clearance of Rework on a daily basis along with the batch, and Monitor the efficiency and quality of all production jobs.
- Work with Quality to design, implement, and monitor quality awareness and improvement programs.
- Provide training, guidance and coaching to employees on production processes to operators and supervisors in a consistent and constructive manner.
- Control and minimize labor overtime. Control and organize timesheets for production personnel.
- Monitoring and executing shop floor saving projects/Kaizens. Commit to plant safety procedures.
- Monitoring of skill development w.r.t. skill matrix, Ensure presence and effectiveness of supervisor Station.
- Analysis of Overall Employee Efficiency, Ensure 5 “S” in plant,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
