**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow up.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Learn sales-related features and advantages of entire products and services.
- Ensure to maintain a professional attitude to deal with prospects and customers.
- Explain clearly and precisely, features and advantages to the customers in non-technical terms.
- Diligent follow-up.
- Achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Any graduates/ diploma/postgraduates can apply.
- **Minimum 2 years **in core Sales/ Telesales/ Business Development process experience.
- **Fluent in any Malayalam language**
- **Good command of the English language.**
- **You should have an Android mobile phone.**
- Growth mentality.
