High Speed internet, Laptop/PC with Microphone and camera (>8 Mbps) 2. Digitally literate and should be comfortable with online the online environment. 3. Should be passion for teaching kids age 6- 15 4 Commitment to provide minimum of 4-6 hours ( flexible timings from 5 PM-5 AM) 5. Should be able stay with us at least 10-12 month as a certified teaching partner. **Selection Process** 1. Registration Process. 2. Payment of R s. 1990/- for the certification and enrolment. 3. SOP Test( Standard Operating procedure, Communication test, test based on JavaScript) 5. Training Session 6. Maximum number of students for per batch will be 4 members. Certification 1. You can be a certified coding teacher 2. Excellent Coding training will be provided 3. Curriculum Support. You will be paid based on numbers of hours you invest in teaching and total number of students that you enrol with you. Remuneration: The standard fee that is charged for a child enrolling in the program, the teacher's share is 50%, paid prorated monthly. These details are spelt out clearly in the Agreement that you will need to sign towards the end. To give a broad overview, the pay-out model will be strictly on a per-class basis. The general pay-out is INR 350 for US Students and INR 150 for Indian Students. The monthly payment will depend on the number of total classes taken. Per batch you can have 4 students maximum. Please Note: In case, if you are not satisfied with the job or cannot continue, you can claim reimbursement of 100% amount with 20 days of training period before the demo session begins
