Job Title: On-Site Sales Representative

Location: Jaipur

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution:

- Promote and sell the company’s products or services directly to customers at the on-site location.
- Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Close sales deals and process customer orders.

2. Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor products.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company’s offerings to potential buyers.

4. Reporting & Administration:

- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer data as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and overall performance.

Key Skills:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an on-site or field sales environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus).
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
- Valid driver's license (if travel between sites is required).

Work Environment:

- This position may involve working outdoors or at various client locations.
- Occasional travel may be required to visit different sites or attend sales events.

Compensation:

- Base salary with commission incentives.
