**Role Description**
- This a senior most role, starting with a very unique property (RELOhomes Serviced Apartment) that has attracted huge attention in market from the Corporate sector, as well as all kinds of foreign nationals, NRIs, HNIs, business folks, etc.
- This specific property has grown multifold (no. of keys) in 1 year, and we look forward to expanding within Mumbai as well as other cities in India with similar high-end properties.
- This role shall involve being in-charge of RELOhomes Serviced Apartment in Powai, Mumbai. The role shall evolve being at the helms of expansion to multiple facilities in coming years.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Understanding company's policies, core values, mission, and culture, and adapt and adhere to the same at ground level.
- Set high level of benchmark for self and housekeeping department to ensure zero error, zero complaints when it comes to housekeeping quality standards, integrity, and innovation.
- Plan, organize, and monitor staff activities on daily basis to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, including personal inspection of guestrooms and common areas.
- Think beyond the obvious day-to-day work, and come up with and implement new ways to improve quality, reduce redundancy, reduce time and efforts and cost.
- Engage with guests in case of any issues, complaints, troubleshooting.
- Excellent technical knowledge of cleaning tools and supplies, chemicals, materials.

**Job Description - Executive Housekeeper**
- Excellent in inventory management and sourcing of tools and materials, uniforms, linen, room amenities, etc.
- Responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of property housekeeping staff.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Develop and implement better cleaning protocols and standards.
- Hiring, training, and nurturing of staff.
- Prepare / improve process manuals, SOPs.
- Data record keeping in real time, prepare daily/weekly reports, management reporting.

**Skills**:

- Prior experience in 5-star Hotel is must.
- Hotel Pre-Opening experience is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of in-room housekeeping in hotels or any Residential facilities is preferred (but not mandatory).
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word.
- Ability to deal effectively with Team Members, vendors and contractors.
- Multi-tasking, good in team management, self-initiative.
