General Maintenance Responsibilities:
- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform regular inspections of the resort’s facilities, identifying and addressing potential issues related to equipment, electrical systems, and building structures.
- **Equipment Repair**: Maintain and repair appliances, machinery, and electrical systems, ensuring that all equipment functions optimally.
- **HVAC Systems**: Conduct routine checks and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce the likelihood of breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- **General Repairs**: Handle minor repairs, such as carpentry, painting, plastering, or fixing faulty door locks and windows.
- **Safety Inspections**: Ensure safety standards are maintained by regularly checking fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency exits.
- **Respond to Maintenance Requests**: Attend to maintenance requests from resort guests and staff promptly.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of maintenance supplies and order replacement parts as necessary.
Plumbing Responsibilities:
- **Plumbing Systems Maintenance**: Inspect, repair, and maintain the resort’s plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
- **Fixing Leaks**: Detect and repair any leaks in pipes, faucets, or other water fixtures.
- **Pipe Installation**: Install new pipes or replace damaged or corroded ones, ensuring proper water flow.
- **Water Heater Maintenance**: Service and repair water heaters and boilers used in guest rooms and common areas.
- **Unclogging Drains**: Clear clogged drains, sinks, and toilets throughout the resort, ensuring smooth water drainage.
- **Septic System Checks**: Inspect and maintain the resort's septic tanks and sewage systems to avoid any sanitation issues.
- **Water Pressure Regulation**: Monitor and adjust water pressure levels to ensure they meet operational standards without causing strain on the plumbing system.
- **Emergency Plumbing Repairs**: Be on call for any emergency plumbing issues, such as burst pipes or major leaks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
