Mechanical Incharge

**Job Overview**:
The Mechanical Incharge will be responsible for managing and supervising all mechanical systems and equipment related to the hydropower plant. This includes overseeing installation, operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring optimal mechanical performance of hydro-mechanical components like turbines, gates, valves, and associated auxiliary systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning of hydropower equipment.
- Operate and maintain turbines, penstocks, valves, cooling systems, and other mechanical components.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical faults in coordination with the operations team.
- Supervise and guide a team of technicians and contractors on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with electrical and civil teams for integrated plant operations.
- Maintain documentation for mechanical systems including maintenance logs, SOPs, and inspection reports.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement planning.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
