**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
**Development & Deployment (50%)**
- Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements in Aprimo’s platform.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

**Collaboration & Mentoring (30%)**
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

**Optimization & Innovation (20%)**
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in technologies related to Aprimo.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control tools (e.g., Git), and automated testing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

**Good-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience with Aprimo products (e.g., Marketing Operations, Digital Asset Management).
