**Job Overview**:
Besides, you will act as the main point of contact between customers and the product development team. Implementing workable solutions to promote the company's products and services will also be your responsibility.
You will be coordinating with the support team and the product development team to provide solutions to the customers by responding to them in a timely manner.
You will play a vital role in improving customer satisfaction by providing the best customer experience. If you can help build long term business relationships, then we would love to have you on board.

**Responsibilities**:

- Networking to develop customer relationships.
- In-depth understanding of our product and services to resolve customer queries.
- Ability to gauge customer potential and to offer them suitable subscription services.
- Maintaining an updated record of all customers daily.
- Ability to analyze customer’s requirement and to provide the best possible solution.
- Reviewing and implementing improvement measures and procedures.
- Training new team members who join the company.
- Handling all customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Identifying and contacting potential businesses to promote our product and services.
- Enhancing customer experience with impeccable customer service.
- Following up with customers on subscription renewals.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- BE or BTech in IT/CSE/ETC or BCA.
- 0 - 2 Years of experience in a customer facing role in technology sector.
- Sound knowledge of geography, markets and businesses around the world.
- A good understanding of web technology, database, browsers and GUI, API, cloud computing, SaaS, Data Protection, Operating System, Microsoft O365.
- Ability to provide great customer service.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Having a technical aptitude.
- Demonstrating good patience level.
- Ability to work unsupervised and be a team player.
- Detail-oriented individual having the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of industry best practices.
- Having a positive attitude and the willingness to learn.
- Complete understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Ability to adhere to the company policies and guidelines.
