We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Quality Assurance Engineer** to join our growing team. As a QA Engineer, you will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure the quality and functionality of our products. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with up to one year of experience in the QA field to grow and advance their career in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bug Identification**: Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, and issues in the software by running test cases.
- **Test Planning**: Assist in writing and executing test cases, based on the project’s requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and ensure their resolution.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of the testing process, results, and issues encountered.
- **Regression Testing**: Run regression tests for new builds to ensure that existing features are not affected by new code changes.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on best practices and new testing tools to improve efficiency.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Understanding of **manual testing** principles.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of test case creation and execution.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in a systematic and methodical manner.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills to report bugs and test results clearly.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities to work collaboratively with developers to fix issues.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **automation testing tools** like Selenium, TestNG, or any other testing frameworks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of **SQL** and database testing.
- Exposure to **API testing** (Postman, REST Assured, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with **version control systems** like Git.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
