**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure construction materials, tools, and services at competitive prices.
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and the accounts team to align procurement with project timelines.
- Maintain vendor database and establish long-term vendor relationships.
- Ensure accurate entry of purchase transactions, supplier invoices, and payment details in **Tally ERP**.
- Monitor material delivery to sites and ensure proper documentation (GRN, PO, invoice).
- Coordinate with finance for vendor payments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Generate regular purchase and stock reports using **Tally Prime** (e.g., Purchase Register, Pending Orders, Supplier Outstanding).
- Track inventory consumption and forecast future material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, taxation, and internal financial policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years to 10 years of procurement experience in a construction or infrastructure company.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, MEP items, etc.).
- Proficient in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and compliance in procurement.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in supply chain or procurement (CIPS, CPSM, etc.).
- Experience in handling large residential or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with project-based procurement systems or ERP integrations.

**Work Conditions**:

- May require occasional travel to project sites and vendor locations.
- Standard office and site-based work environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
