A housekeeping supervisor's responsibilities include:

- **Training staff**: Teaching new employees about the organization's policies, procedures, and how to use supplies and equipment
- **Inspecting work**: Checking the work of housekeeping staff to ensure it meets standards
- **Maintaining inventory**: Keeping track of inventory and ordering more supplies when needed
- **Health and safety**: Understanding health and safety regulations, including how to use chemicals and equipment safely
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety policies
- **Team management**: Having strong organizational and team management skills
- **Communication**: Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Housekeeping supervisors may also assist with housekeeping duties, such as cleaning floors, restrooms, and kitchens.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹24,321.62 per month
