**Job Summary**:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for enhancing the school's brand image, driving admissions, managing marketing campaigns, and coordinating outreach activities. The role involves both offline and digital marketing strategies, event management, tele-calling, and home visits to increase student enrollment and brand awareness.
**Key Responsibilities:Admissions & Outreach**:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Conduct tele-calling and follow-ups with prospective parents.
- Organize and manage home visits for direct parent engagement.
- Address admission inquiries and provide guidance on the admission process.
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure proper follow-up.
**Branding & Marketing**:
- Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance school reputation.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract student enrollments.
- Coordinate with designers for promotional materials like brochures, banners, and social media posts.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, Google Ads, and SEO.
**Campaign & Event Management**:
- Organize school promotional campaigns, seminars, and open house events.
- Plan and execute school events, workshops, and fairs.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure event success.
- Represent the school in external events and promotional activities.
**Public Relations & Community Engagement**:
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, institutions, and media.
- Develop tie-ups with preschools, residential communities, and corporate offices for admissions.
- Handle PR activities and ensure positive media coverage.
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials and event logistics.
**Digital & Social Media Marketing**:
- Manage and update the school’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging content, videos, and campaigns for digital promotions.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Respond to online inquiries and maintain a strong online presence.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in school admissions, branding, and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Experience in event management and public relations.
- Fluency in English and local language preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
