**GREETING**:
- Greetings to the all walking customers/guests and ask them for well being.
- Guide to the customer/guests up to proper counter/floor/person as per their interest.
- Prompt refreshement should be provided to the customers/guests
- Between the dealing if suggested by sales person/directors so arrange to provide them refreshements like coffee/tea/cold drink etc.
- Refreshment to the directors and guest of directors.
**FEEDBACK**:
- Ensure Feedback Form (After Sales) should be get filled by customer through sales staff.
- Request to customer for ‘’LIKE’’ & ‘’FOLLOW’’ our Social Media Handles through provided scannable QRs.
- Request to customer for write the reviews on our GMB page through provided scannable QRs.
- Share about our upcoming events, discounts & schemes if any
- Customer Feedback Form with reason (W/o Sales) should be get filled by customer through sales staff.
- Ensure that all Feedback forms from last day are uploaded to the PORTAL by CRM team.
- Coordination between LJKJ & Marketing Agency
