**What You Will Be Doing**:
As a Sales Strategic Partner, you will be tasked with identifying, generating, and prospecting both inbound and outbound leads. You will be responsible for following up with prospects and customers to build strong relationships and tailor outreach strategies to meet the unique needs of each account.

You will also lead the Indian operations, driving sales strategy, and guiding a team to success. Your role will require multitasking and a strong ability to adapt to different situations, ensuring that each sales opportunity is maximized.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the sales efforts for the Indian market, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each account.
- Oversee and support a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 0-3 years of successful experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with excellent listening abilities.
- A positive, energetic presence with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹164,251.67 - ₹200,000.00 per month
