**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Engaging Visual Content**

Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials that align with client branding and marketing strategies.
- **Collaborate with Teams**

Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to produce creative assets that support campaigns and meet project goals.
- **Conceptualize and Execute Designs**

Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, logos, websites, and advertisements.
- **Ensure Brand Consistency**

Maintain consistency in design and uphold brand guidelines across all materials.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**

Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and modern designs.
- **Optimize Designs for Performance**

Prepare designs for both digital and print use, ensuring high quality and performance across platforms.
- **Revise and Improve Existing Designs**

Update and refine designs based on team feedback and project needs to deliver polished, final assets.

**Who Will Qualify**
- **Experience**:
2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
Experience working in e-commerce, advertising, or startups is a plus.
- **Skills**:
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms.
- **Creative Abilities**:
A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Strong ability to take abstract ideas and translate them into creative visuals.
- **Soft Skills**:
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
