**Job Title: Admission Counsellor**

**About the Role**

Anurag Edutrain represents the NMIMS Mumbai Admissions Department for its Online MBA and Executive Management Programs.

Our team works directly with working professionals and graduates to help them explore the right MBA specialization, understand eligibility criteria, and complete the admission process smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**

Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and other sources.

Present the NMIMS Online MBA program details clearly — including fees, eligibility, placement support, and EMI options.

Maintain accurate daily records in Excel/CRM of follow-ups, interested leads, and admissions closed.

Coordinate with the central NMIMS admissions team for documentation and enrollment formalities.

Consistently meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets through disciplined follow-ups and quality counselling.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
Excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi.

Confident on phone; able to build rapport with professionals.

Prior experience in education counselling / telecalling / inside sales preferred.

Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Sheets, CRM tools). Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000/month + Incentives (based on performance)
