**Job Title**: Marketing Intern - LinkedIn & Outreach Operations

**Location**:On-site (Workplace: Office)

**Stipend**: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month. Can pay more based on prior working experience.

**Duration**:Minimum 6 months of commitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **LinkedIn Engagement & Branding Support**:

- Manage day-to-day LinkedIn tasks across team and brand handles.
- Actively engage with ICPs (Ideal Client Profiles) via posts, likes, comments, and direct messaging.
- Support in curating, scheduling, and publishing content such as posts, carousels, infographics, and charts.
- **Lead Identification & Research**:

- Use tools like **Sales Navigator** to identify and save ICPs into lead lists.
- Monitor and track ICP activities, find the right timing, and send thoughtful connection requests.
- Continuously research relevant LinkedIn profiles, communities, and groups for outreach.
- **Outreach & KPI Tracking**:

- Assist in **inbound-led outbound** activities and cold outreach messaging.
- Track KPIs like:

- ICP research rate
- Lead saving rate
- Engagement rate
- Response rate
- Connection request acceptance rate
- Pre-sales conversions
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist the marketing team in preparing content and visual material (infographics, carousels, flowcharts) for LinkedIn and campaigns.
- Support in using **tools like ChatGPT, Miro**, and other collaborative platforms for idea execution.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain daily records of outreach activities, leads, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the core marketing heads for campaign support and execution.

**Who Should Apply**:

- Students or recent graduates looking to build a career in **B2B marketing, sales enablement, or digital outreach**.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and content engagement strategies.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn tools like **Sales Navigator, Forstbite, ChatGPT, Miro, Canva, Calendly** etc.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,350.97 - ₹10,000.00 per month
