Confirm documents to shipper, communicate with CHA(Customs House Agent), Freight forwarder, transporter status.
Preparation and processing of Import and Export Documentation
Report and discuss plan of action with all seniors
Preparation and Submission of checklist of documents to clients as required.
Coordinating with all branch offices to facilitate and support the day-to-day activities. Reporting the daily statement of all clients to his/her seniors.
Knowledge of Basic Computer Softwares such as Microsoft Word, Excel Etc.
All Import documentations related to pre and post shipments especially handling LC documentation.
Managing Import customers through correspondence for international markets for documentation & International marketing.
Handling and scheduling complete export procedure from point of order receipt to material dispatch along with relevant documentation.
Strategize with the team and follow ups with the vendors/ CHA/ customers for shipment & payments.
Strong negotiation skills with CHA & transport co. for best rates & service and should be able to meet deadlines/target dates.
All export documents related to Import Benefits, License, Bank Correspondence, BRC, Excise, H forms, Focus and DGFT licenses (FMS, Drawback, SHIS).
All correspondence with banks regarding export documentations submissions/payments.
